On Monday August 12th we were delighted to welcome the ADINJC to Norwich to deliver their 2013 free training roadshow. A number of ADI's had travelled from further afield, including Antony Wharton from Southampton, who was up in Norfolk for something else at the same time so it was good to see him at the Norwich meeting. Disappointing not to see more local instructors, but the room was full nevertheless.
The event lasted from 9 til 1 and boy did they manage to pack a whole lot in! Topics covered included:
- The National Driver Standards
- Client Centred Learning
- Diversification
- Check Test Tips
- Personal Development Planning
- Industry Updates
- The ADINJC - what does it do and how does it benefit its members?
- A light-hearted quiz
Good venue, easily accessble from the A47, great content and excellent presenters, what more could you want for half a day's free CPD? Thank you to Lynne Barrie (chair), and all the speakers that day, volunteer committee members of the ADINJC who give their time free of charge to serve our industry - that's us! No-one on the ADINJC is salaried; all are working ADI's and all volunteer their services.
